Please arrive early for all Spa Packages, and promptly for all salon & spa services. Tardiness will result in the shortening of your appointment times.You may add services to packages in advance, forfeited services,however, will not be discounted. If you would like to have lunch included with your package, or any other special requests, please mention when reserving your appointments. Please give 24 hours notice, for any special requests.Please bring appropriate shoes when receiving pedicures. All appointments do require a credit card to reserve the time, and will be charged in full, if not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment. We do provide confirmation calls 48 hours prior to all reservations, as a reminder.
